EDUCATIONAL TOUR TO DBC UK BY ST THOMAS SCHOOL, ABBEYWOOD, KENT UK

Today, 02^nd April 2025, a group 27 students with 4 staff of St Thomas A Becket RC, Abbey Wood, School has visited on faith educational tour to Diamond Buddhist Centre UK, Buddhist Temple at 17A Willenhall Road, Woolwich, London, SE18 6TY.  As usual, the founder president and patron of the Centre, Mr Sumal Kumar Gurung imparted a brief introductory speech to the students.  The students and the staff felt impressed with the introduction of the temple and Buddhism. Aftermath, the students and the staff were offered with some drinks and fruits from the temple by the temple manager, Mr Bir Bahadur Gurung.

सेन्ट थोमास स्कुल ए आरसी बेकेट, अबिवुडका २७ जना विध्यार्थीहरू र ४ जना स्कुल शिक्षक/स्टाफले आज, ०२ अप्रैल २०२५कॊ दिनमा डिबिसी यूकेको गुम्बामा शैक्षिक भ्रमण गरेका छन् । सदाझै संस्थाका संस्थापक अध्यक्ष तथा संरक्षक सुमलकुमार गुरूंगले ती सबै विध्यार्थीहरूलाई बौध्दधर्म सम्बन्धि संक्षिप्त जानकारी गराएका थिए ।भ्रमणमा आएका विध्यार्थीहरू र स्कुल कर्मचारीहरू बौध्द गुम्बा र बौध्दधर्मकॊ जानकारी प्राप्त पश्चात प्रभावित भएका थिए । सम्पूर्ण विध्यार्थीहरूलाई बौध्दधर्मको जानकारी गराए पश्चात पेयपदार्थ र प्रसाद वितरण गरेका थिए । यस कामका लागि संस्थाका गुम्बा म्यानेजर, बिरबबादुर गुरूंगले ब्यवस्थापन गरेका थिए । स्मरण रहोस सेन्ट थोमास स्कुलको यो दोस्रो वर्षको शैक्षिक भ्रमण थियो ।
